Email support@drawing-land.com and include your iOS version and a short description of what happened. Do not send medical information or payment-card details.
Subscriptions
Use Restore on the Fitovo paywall to check an eligible App Store purchase. Active subscriptions can be managed from your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple controls billing, refunds, and offer eligibility.
Your local plan
Onboarding choices and quest progress stay on the device. Removing the app deletes that local Fitovo data. Fitovo does not use an account or cloud sync in this release.
Important
Fitovo is intended for people age 13 and older, supports general wellness habits, and is not medical care. Users under the age of majority should involve a parent or guardian and contact a qualified health professional before making significant diet or exercise changes.
